Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Please do not return products to an address without first contacting MISS VELORA and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items should be reported to support@missvelora.com with your order number and, where appropriate, photographs or video documenting the issue.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, subject to processing times imposed by your bank or payment provider.
