Long before Miss Velora, style was already part of our family story.

For generations, members of my family have worked across fashion in Mersin — from tailoring and clothing to jewelry, accessories and the details that complete a look. Over time, that tradition became closely associated with the Terziciağaoğlu name.

Growing up around this world taught me that style is never only about one piece. It is about how fabrics, colors, accessories and personality come together.


For me, fashion began as something familiar — something passed from one generation to the next.

Mersin sits along Türkiye’s Mediterranean coast — a place shaped by sunlight, the sea and cultures meeting one another.

Growing up around this region meant seeing style as part of everyday life. From the pieces made and selected for locals to those created for visitors discovering the Mediterranean, fashion was never separated from the way people lived.

That effortless relationship between what we wear, what we carry and how we live would later become one of the ideas at the heart of Miss Velora.

That idea eventually became Miss Velora — a fashion and lifestyle world created with America in mind, while remaining connected to the Mediterranean roots that shaped my own sense of style.

For me, Miss Velora is the beginning of a new chapter: bringing together pieces I believe in, creating combinations that feel considered, and building a world where fashion extends beyond what we wear into what we carry, choose and live with every day.
